League of Legends is a game, classified as a MOBA. It is a game about tower defense and destroy the enemy's towers.
League of Legends (or LOL) is the most played game today. LOL have a lot of servers in many countries, like the north american server (for canada and USA), has the Brazilian server, the european server and more. League of legends is the game that has the most rate by almost every company specialized in games.
The game that was made by Riot Games Inc. has several championships with money in prize, the last official championship, the prize was ONE MILLION DOLLARS, thats a lot of money for "just a game".
Now talking about the game: League of Legends has more than 100 champions that you can play and have fun, you can unlock skins for your champions with real money.
League of legends has this type of battle:
It have 3 lanes: top, mid and bot. Each team have 5 members who divide this lanes.
This game is like soccer, each player has his or her function. No one can ever stay stopped.
The game has its ideia in destroy the enemy' turrets that are found in the lanes and then destroy the enemy's nexus. The nexus is just like the heart of the game, once its destroyed, you win or lose. The game can have like 20 minutes to 60 minutes, it doesn't have a timer or anything, you play until someone destroy the nexus or surrender.
In game you need to focus in kill the enemys and stay stronger than them, you need to help your team to win their lanes too, it is a TEAM game, you can't win alone.
In my opinion the most epic moments in League of Legends is in team fights, when both teams fight in some place until death to finally maybe destroy the enemy's nexus. A team fight can decide the game, you can win all the game, but suddenly, one bad team fight can result in your lose.
This is what i like in League of Legends: the game just ends when the nexus gets destroyed. A lot can change in league of legends, maybe your team just have the nexus and the other team have all the turrets, but if your team has a good focus and play well, you still can win. Never give up. No game is lost already. You can always turn it up.
Here is a video of mine and of a friend who had the game "lost", we just had 3 towers, when the enmy had 5 while the enemy had 9, but we stayed focus and won the game (it was a ranked game, so it had a great feeling).
League of Legends is hard to explain, but when you play it, you don't want to stop and once you get the idea of the game, i repeat: you can't stop playing.
There are 2 modes of games: the normal ones and the ranked games. Ranked games can be only played when you reach the level maximus (30). Once you play 10 ranked games, you get a tier. Ranked games are divided by 6 tiers.
- Bronze - its the biggest one, a lot of people start with the bronze, its hard to get out of this league because here is found the "trolls", the players who just play to destroy the other's fun.
- Silver - its the second league, a lot of people start from here too, the games are harder than bronze's games, has a little less troll players, but still have.
- Gold - the third league, its hard to start from here, but not impossible to start from here, the games are harder than silver and still has trolls.
- Platinum - the fourth league, you can't start from here, so if you are here, you deserve it, the games are super hard and you need to be really good to play here and you almost don't find trolls.
- Diamond - the fifth - same with platinum, but its harder, it always get harder.
-Challenger Tier - it is the last one and reaching here is the dream of all the league of legends' players.
The players in challenge tier are considered "Pro Players" and the most has the respect of all the players, and you can see them oftem playing in important championships.
